The World Famous Sponge Docks
On the water: Rusty Bellies, Dock's, Dimitri's
Greek: Dimitri's, Costas, Mama's, Mykonos, Mr. Souvlaki
Beer: Five Branches Brewing, Anclote Brew

If we were in your shoes, we would check out Spongeorama in the morning, have Mr. Souvlaki's for lunch, then go out on a dolphin tour in the afternoon. We'd choose Rusty Bellies for happy hour and/or sunset. In our spare time, we'd do some souvenir shopping and check out the sponge exchange.

Downtown
H'ours: best restaurant in Tarpon Springs
Jojo's Italian Diner: great comfort food
Johnny's Taphouse: best place to watch a game
Backdraughts: wood-fired pizza, great Caesar salad
Wine Society: great place to have an app and a glass of wine
Breweries: Two Frogs, Unrefined Brewing, Brighter Days Brewing, Silverking Brewery

If we were in your shoes, we'd start the night with a glass of wine at Wine Society or a beer at Brighter Days, then we'd have dinner at H'ours, dessert at Orange Cycle Creamery, and play some games at the Replay Museum. We'd also squeeze in a walk to the bayou.
