St. Paddy's Day at the Copper Mule

Aric and I had been wanting to try the Copper Mule Tavern for a long time. We've seen recommendations bounce around online locals groups since we moved to Tarpon Springs last summer. Finally, on St. Paddy's Day, we walked over to Pinellas Ave to give it a shot.

We were seated right away towards the back of the establishment. Shortly after sitting, we were waited on. The staff was friendly and pretty quick with rounds of beer, which were green and $2 each. They paired nicely with our friend mac n cheese bites appetizer.

After we were sitting for about 15 minutes, karaoke started. We were taken aback at first and worried we were in for some terrible singing, but we were pleasantly surprised. The singers must be karaoke regulars because they were really good!

We listened to the karaoke and dined on a flatbread (for me) and French dip (for Aric). While my chicken pesto flatbread was good, I wasn't expecting it to be truly on bread so I probably will try something different next time. Aric loved his sandwich.

All-in-all, we loved our time at the Copper Mule. The atmosphere, service, food, and prices were perfect. We will be back!
